After flying off online shelves last October (and racking up a 250,000-person waitlist), Kim Kardashian‘s sold-out Skims Nipple Bra is back in stock.
The American Horror Story: Delicate star announced the nipple-forward push-up bra ($62) last fall to shine the headlights on Breast Cancer Awareness Month and climate change. The underpinning is available in band sizes 30 to 44 and in cup sizes A to F, and in Skims’ six signature shades: Sand, Clay, Sienna, Bronze, Cocoa and Onyx.
Per the brand, the perky underpinnings are an “authentic augmentation” of the best-selling Ultimate Bra, which offers “perfect fullness” via tapered foam pads “for sexy, natural-looking lift and support.” Like the original silhouette, the Nipple Bra is made of soft microfiber fabric and features smoothing wings and a pinch-free hidden underwire that feels comfortable all day. Skims recommends sizing up if you’re in between numbers.

Naturally, the internet offered a range of reactions. Some commenters on the Skims’ Instagram announcement that the nippled brazier is significant for those who have fought breast cancer and for trans women. “This is life-changing for people who have had mastectomies. It may seem pointless to some but for others it’s a sense of normalcy after tragedy,” wrote one. Said another, “Game changer for those of us that have had mastectomy’s [sic] for breast cancer and our trans siblings.”
Others namechecked Sex and the City‘s Samantha Jones (played by Kim Cattrall, who recently modeled for Skims) and her “nipples are in” moment.
Kardashian put her newly-honed acting skills to use in the brand’s new campaign. “The Earth’s temperature is getting hotter and hotter. The sea levels are rising. The ice sheets are shrinking, and I’m not a scientist. But I do believe everyone can use their skill set to do their part,” she says in the 37-second spot. “That’s why I’m introducing a brand new bra with a built-in nipple. So no matter how hot it is, you’ll always look cold. Some days are hard, but these nipples are harder. And unlike the icebergs, these aren’t going anywhere.”
The brand will give 10 percent of sales from the Nipple Bra as a one-time to donation to 1% of the Planet, which certifies companies that donate a portion of sales to environmental nonprofits.
Skims most recently launched its first men’s collection and was named the newest Official Underwear Partner of the NBA. See all of the Skims Ultimate Push-Up Nipple Bra colorways below, and shop them at the brand’s website for $62 before they inevitably sell out online here.
