Becky G has been tapped to join the 2024 Latin American Music Awards ceremony as a host and performer.
The Mexican-American singer will serve as a host for the show, airing April 25 on Univision and its sibling networks, alongside previously announced talents Alejandra Espinoza, an actor and presenter; Carlos Ponce, a singer-songwriters and TV personality; and singer Thalia.
Becky G also will perform her new song, “Mercedes,” during the 2024 Latin AMAs alongside Mexican music artist Oscar Maydon, who is featured on the track. Becky G, who has won a total of eight Latin AMAs over her career, is nominated this year for best collaboration, urban, for “Arranca,” featuring Omega.

Also joining the lineup of performers will be urban music sensation Feid, Brazilian powerhouse Anitta and Colombian singer-songwriter Manuel Medrano.
Feid will perform “Fecha” and “Brickell” with reggaeton star Yandel for the first time on TV. Feid also will take part in the tribute to the reggaeton star, who will be honored with the Latin AMA Pioneer Award. Currently on his FerxxoCalipsis tour, Feid is tied with Peso Pluma for the most nods this year (12 apiece, including artist of the year noms for each).
For the first time on TV, Anitta will perform her hit “Double Team” and “Sabana,” which also will mark a worldwide premiere. Anitta’s upcoming album, Funk Generation, drops April 26.
Medrano, meanwhile, joins the special tribute performance in honor of Ricardo Montaner, who will be recognized this year with the Latin AMA Legacy Award.
These artists join the previously announced list of performers, including Peso Pluma, Arcangel, Jennifer Nettles, Ky-Mani Marley, Mora, Noel Schajris, Sech, Silvestre Dangond, Wisin, Deorro, Farruko, Gabito Ballesteros, Jay Wheeler, Justin Quiles, Yng Lvcas, Carin León, Marc Anthony, Chino Pacas, Lenny Tavárez, Milo Beat, Nacho, Sergio George, Venesti, Thalia, AB Quintanilla, Dalex, Danny Ocean, Dimelo Flow, Los 2 de la S, Morat, Ryan Castro and Zhamira Zambrano.
Several names have been added to the lineup of presenters, including Brray, Camila Fernández, Codiciado, Los Esquivel, Sheila E., Venezuelan soccer icon Deyna Castellanos, actress Cassandra Sanchez-Navarro, as well as TV personalities Arana Lemus, Chiquibaby and Jackie Guerrido.
The 2024 Latin AMAs will air live at 7 p.m. ET on April 25 on Univision, UniMás, Galavisión and ViX.
Influencer Marko has been tapped to join the Latin AMAs livestream, set for 7-11 p.m. ET, and will take part in the preshow, Noche de Famosos, as well as the main show.
The American Music Awards franchise was created by Dick Clark Productions, which is owned by Penske Media Eldridge, a joint venture between Penske Media Corporation and Eldridge that also owns The Hollywood Reporter.
